Single leaf steel roof hatch, complete with 50mm twin foil backed PIR insulation

Insulated to a U-Value of 0.43 w/m²k

Air permeability BS EN 12207:100pa (class 4)

Fitted with twin gas assisted struts

Supports a live load of 200kg per m²

Fitted with an internal cab lock handle and an external push button

The standard finish is primed as photographed. We also offer two powder coated options either single colour externally and internally or dual which allows the inside to be a different colour to the outside.
